Papa John's Pizza - North Salt Lake

I placed an order at 4:30 on a Monday, and it arrived 30 minutes late and lukewarm. I had to microwave the pizza to warm it up. When I spoke with the manager, they were indifferent and didn't even apologize. Instead, they simply said, "I don't know why it was cold," and blamed the issue on DoorDash. It's disappointing to outsource delivery to DoorDash and then point fingers at them for your own poor planning and staffing. Very frustrating experience.

We ordered two large pizzas, a side of cheese bread, and a brownie. One of the pizzas was supposed to be made with Alfredo sauce and cheese, but they sent it with regular sauce instead. When we called back to inform them, a woman named Keeghan told us we needed to place our order correctly and then hung up on us. We were absolutely shocked by the experience!

The new management in this place is horrible. I have been coming here almost every friday for 6 years. Everything used to be great but in the last few months it has gone down hill fast. It's dirty, it takes over an hour to get your pizza (from pickup)and when you walk in, the place is packed with people waiting for their order. The sides are wrong, they don't read theinstructions and when you come to pick up your pizza, they are extremely rude. The manager with the full facial beard, is anightmare. This place has become dirty and disgusting. We won't be back.

The pizza was just okay. However, what really bothered me was the number of men working there who had long beards. Some of them were touching their faces while handling the dough. It would be great if they could wear beard nets to prevent hair from getting into the pizza. This is not only an issue of taste but also a health violation!

Service was super. Delivery was extra fast and efficient. The pizzas taste just a little bit better than Caesar's. Loved seeing a pepperoncini in my pizza box
