Glen was very helpful, straightforward, and easy to work/communicate with. If recommend Rizer to anyone looking for a good deal on a car from great salesmen who really focus on the experience and making it as comfortable, easy and effortless as possible!

I went with my friend to look at a car (both being girls, we expected to be treated with poorly), Glen greeted us very quickly and got us the key so we could look at the interior better. We asked lots of questions, and Glen had all the answers. If he didn 't know, he said 'I don 't know ' and didnt try to fudge an answer. He was never pushing us to buy either! Great business!! We took the car to AutoZone and Burt 's Brother 's for reviews and inspections, and the car came back clean just like RAG said. The vehicle already had great competitve pricing, and Glen even reccomend us to a different bank than what they use to try to get a lower interest rate on the car loan. Everything was explained very clearly during paperwork, and walked her through everything. (I saw someone 's review about the $490 paperwork fee, there is, or atleast now there is, a sign stating what the fee is and that 's how the guys get paid). Now I know car will always have hidden problems and sometimes dealerships are shady (trust me, I 've had 4 cars in the last 3 years that were a total mistake to buy) and we will just have to wait and see what comes up, but between all the inspections and honesty of all the companies, we felt VERY good about this car. Glen is like out car best friend now. I plan on make the drive up there the next time I need a car (which might be sooner than later)! We love Rizer Auto Group, Glen, and the new car!

You have a nice selection of cars available and I ended the choice of another car on the property than I originally wanted. Friendly and helpful, honest atmosphere. Almost three months we bought a car from them. Total satisfaction with the car so far. Glen was absolutely amazing. He helped us with everything we asked. The price was also very low, we thought the car had a problem because, how cheap it was. No problems found(less a little wear, normal in a used car of course), I checked it completely.
