Little Caesars Pizza - North Salt Lake

Received awful treatment from whom I assume is the manager. I ordered on the app later in the evening ... unbenouned this location was closed. However, the app allowed me to order anyway. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I tried knocking, but all of the employees ignored. Until the manager practically whispered we 're closed without barely looking up. I tried explaining that I had already paid. Of course, through the glass door, it was difficult. However, they were not interested in listening or even acknowledging me. I walked to the drive-through window (because the manager refused to open the door or even walk closer so i could hear her. That is when the manager continued to ignore me and tell me the location was closed, not letting me explain my situation. I understand it 's a small amount of money to some but I don 't have very much money. So the matter was more severe for me. I understood I wouldn 't be getting my order that night. I knew the location was closed by that time. However, I thought it was only fair that they told me how I could process a refund either that day or the next, and I would have been happy to return. The issue is the way the manager treated me. She smirked at me when it was obvious I was flustered, and after I had explained my issue. Of course, this made me upset. I may have raised my voice, but it was not fair for a paying customer to be treated such as that. I 'm never going to this location again. In fact, I 'm never going to Little Caesars again because of this. That may seem drastic for most and silly for some. However, I don 't believe any manager should treat a customer so poorly after an incident that was not even the customers fault.

Their employee straight up told us that they don’t keep any classic on hand only the extra most bestest so that they can charge people more who don’t want to wait for a classic to be made.Scummy business tactic.

Had the lunch special. Deep dish pepperoni and a drink. Tasted like it should, Great! Fast service. Easy to see place from the main road. Has plenty of good parking.

Pizza's were piping hot... off to feed the homeless ?

I love the convenience of the drivethru, but not a fan of the breadsticks that are burnt. This is what we received through the drive thru at the north Salt Lake location. Can't even eat these. :
