Mcdonald's - North Royalton

How does no one never know what they are doing? No matter what time of day and even with maybe 4 cars total. Food is over cooked and cold. My kid looks into her happy meal to see her fries missing (this has happened more than once). Everytime we get happy meals here there’s always something missing. Ask for double apples instead of fries? Just get one apple and a fry. Ask for double fries instead of apples. Wrong again.you probably will get one fry if lucky . You order fries for yourself and your kids fries don’t get added to box.Also specifying honey as a sauce.. like from a bee and STILL getting honey mustard is annoying .

I know I should've known better than to go to this McDonald's again. Not only did they give me the wrong burger, I paid for an upgraded one, they also burnt mine and my son's burger to the point that they weren't edible. This is the last time I will be going to this McDonald's. They are repeatedly messing orders up!

My son and I meet every other weekend with my granddaughter at this McDonald's, It's always clean and friendly.

I gave them three trys. 3 out of three times the order was wrong and cold. A simple double quarter pounder with cheese has turned into a single quarter pounder twice and a double big mac. As a working carpenter I dont have time to go to a sit down restauraunt. But next time I will drive a little further to Steak n shake in Bruinswick. At least they give you warm food and its what you asked for!

Hamburger was made poorly and tasted bad. I asked for extra onions and I received NO onions at all. The fries were cold and nobody was taking care of the register. And half the self ordering stations didnt work. Will not go back there again!!!!
