I also believe there could be more effective ways to communicate this policy without using a phrase like "pay now." For instance, they could simply say, "We require payment before your order is ready," which sounds much more courteous and professional. I'm not one to nitpick, but I don't appreciate being yelled at. On a positive note, when I returned to the shop, another staff member, who was a shorter Indian man with a beard, was very professional and friendly. I didn’t catch his name, but he really knows how to take care of customers. It would be great if he could help train others in customer service until they improve their skills.

The latest cheesy calzone is to die for! The ends have a completely different taste than the middle. It comes with a side of sauce. Compared to other places, the pepperoni here is outstanding – there’s more of it and it’s a great deal. I also love the heated pick-up door, where you just enter your order code and grab your food!

We've purchased pizzas from this place multiple times over the last few years, and it's hard to beat the price. Most of the time, there's little to no wait for the pepperoni pizza. Our favorite has to be their cheese bread—it's an excellent option for a quick bite!

I did not get what I Ordered and then when I called talk to a manager the man hung up on me and so I drove up there and I had to pay another nine dollars for the crazy calzone now my opinion is is if you mess up an order why should I have to pay more money than I already spent money online for and didn’t get what I asked for this place is ridiculous and I advise not to order from here order from somewhere else

I have been to different Little Caesars, and this place has the worst pizza by far. The one on pearl and Brookpark is so much better. That is with service, and the taste of the pizza. Every time I have picked up a pizza it tastes like it has been sitting out for awhile, and horrible customer service. It’s safe to say I won’t go back, considering I’ve given them multiple chances to prove me wrong. Each time, the pizza has been horrible!
