Whataburger - North Richland Hills

Fries hard, chicken hard, toast uncut (not a big deal), asked for ranch and ketchup, got one ketchup. Honestly I'm just sad. I come home late from work and they had already taken a while to get my order when there was about five people working. I wishthey would've just told me to go somewhere else at that point. I get that it's late, but come on man. I don't think I saidanything mean to prompt such bad food.

We ordered a grilled chicken combo and a Sweet and Spicy Burger combo. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our order. I know it takes 8-10 minutes for the chicken to cook, not 30 minutes. Well, they must have made my son's burger and let it sit til myfood was done because when we finally got our food, my son's burger wasn't hot. I asked the for the manager. I told her whathappened and she went and made his burger fresh and hot. The employees were all friendly and polite.

This is a good location ????. Like most whataburgers they are slow, but the food is fresh. On this occasion they didn't put the unsalted fries I ordered in the bag. Ive learned to check before leaving and caught it. I got back in the drive through line andit took a while but they made it right.

I ordered through the app and received my order curbside. Everything went well and fast. Plus the food was hot and delicious.

I really like Whataburger. This store on Saturday 8/6/22 was terrible. The meat patties were not hot. The cheese was not melted. Buns soggy. I knew there was a problem when they brought my food out just a few seconds after I sat down. This location hasgotten worse.
