Remember the name... Uncle Sam! We frequently enjoy hibachi, but the entertainment is usually the same old routine with familiar jokes and the classic onion volcano. What The Seeker doesn't like about Sushi Axiom Hibachi:
Today was a first for me and my friend to try Sushi Axiom. The place is visually appealing and clean. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The temptation roll and edamame were delicious. The main course, unfortunately, was flavorless. Disappointed. I've never had this type of experience. Maybe I went on a bad night? I'm not giving up on it yet. I wasn't very impressed with the service; it was quite slow and the friendliness was just average. However, the food was excellent and the patio was lovely. I'll definitely return to try the hibachi.

It was nice except for the management. We were seated and waited a while for them to decide who was going to serve us. The waitress we ended up having was really nice. Would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this management issue. I Would've been transparent and got us waters at least and informed us that someone will be there to help us instead of seat us and ignore us until they figure it our. Food was good, service was good, atmosphere was good. I gauge sushi by the Philadelphia roll and their's was one of the best, in my opinion. Still, I was put off that they added a 20% tip to the bill. Make sure to watch out for that. There were 6 of us, but 3 separate bills. We are thrilled that this restaurant opened near our home a few years ago! The food and the waitstaff are fantastic!
