Starbucks - North Richland Hills

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to customizing our drinks. This location has great spacing with their furniture which makes it much more comfortable.

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The drinks are always made to perfection and the baristas are super nice. Last time i was here I gave Emily a complicated drink order and she never complained I was being so extra, then proceeded to write a sweet message on my drink ?.

If i could give a zero star i would ... BROOKE .. is VERY unfriendly , UNWELCOMING , i payed with half cash and half apple pay , she then got upset because we payed with apple pay and said next time tell me your paying with apple pay to make it easier with the nastiest attitude and expression. i usually come here all the time everyone is so nice , but her. makes me not want to go back. If you can 't handle the busy rush hour then don 't work at a starbucks !!!

When you pay $5 for a coffee, you at least expect it to be full. No excuse for this to be sent to a customer. Bad management and employees that have no pride produce this.

I have been going here for a while, but on august second I went and a customer honked at me in the drive through. I have no idea if I was in the wrong or if they were. However, the barista was so nice, comped my order, and wrote a sweet note on the cup. I have truly had nothing but good experiences at this location!
