To make matters worse, another customer—a friend of the staff—came in and immediately got their order. It wasn’t until then that they began working on our coffees. When I reminded them about the pastry we ordered, the cashier realized she had forgotten and handed me two. I appreciated the gesture, but the overall service was really disappointing. Eventually, we received our cold brew coffees, which literally just needed to be poured into cups. After this experience, I'm hesitant to return, even though I want to support local businesses. I urge the management to have a conversation with the staff about customer service. I've frequented many places with young employees who are trained to offer better service. As someone who also works with teenagers, I would never allow such behavior in my workplace. I'm sharing this review to raise awareness of the situation.

This charming coffee shop has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is equipped with ceiling-mounted patio heaters, making it comfortable even in cooler weather. I ordered a quiche and a skinny flavored latte, both of which were delightful. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the shop was spotless. I particularly enjoyed the inspirational quotes displayed on the walls and the overall decor. I didn't get a chance to see the restrooms, but there's ample parking available outside.
