I received coupons for this restaurant, so I drove there only to find the lobby closed. I had to use the drive-thru, which was in poor condition and difficult to hear the employees. I ended up having to pay for my food out of pocket. Additionally, the card reader was not functioning properly. Overall, I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant.
This place is clown shoes. Ordered online and when going to pick up the order the lobby was locked and when I called the restaurant was told I had to sit in line the drive thru behind people who hadn't even ordered yet!!! Maybe this is some weird fever dream. ??
I don't normally write reviews. I just had to write a review tonight. This had to be the worst service I've ever encountered. I was refused service. The manager of this location was the rudest and slowest person I've ever encountered. I will never ever go back to a Boston Market again because of this. I was insulted. I've never in my life been refused service and I'm 54 years old. I can see now why they've only got a two star rating.
Horrible location. Lobby was closed so had to go through drive thru. Their intercom was horrible could barely hear the girl. Got my receipt and got charged .50 for sweet potato instead of corn. Waved the girl down and told her about it and I asked if I can get corn. Got home checked my bag and seen she gave me an extra sweet potato instead of corn! Also, ordered a large mash with gravy. They forgot my gravy! Like?!!! There was only one car behind me at the time so how'd they forget anything. My bag was also extremely dirty, with food and greasy. Never again! Maybe if the chick removed her left AirPods she'd be able to hear me better. Management needs to do better and train better.
My husband has had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant location for the past two weeks. Last week, he drove up twice and was promised that chicken would be ready, but it was not available. He was told that someone had already purchased a large quantity of chicken. This week, he waited in line and was informed that they were out of chicken, but to come back in an hour as they would definitely have it then. When he returned at the specified time, he was told to wait an additional 30 minutes and reassured that chicken would be available. After waiting an hour and a half from the original time, he was informed to wait just five more minutes. However, when he asked again, he was told that they no longer had any chicken because of online orders. It is now nearly 9 pm and we are left needing to find another option for dinner. The customer service was terrible and not worth returning for in the future.
