Excellent service and they have my order right. My coffee is NIE right when I order from any other dunkin. I get a big hot cream 3 equal... this dunkin gets it... read more Excellent service and they have my order right. My coffee is NIE right when I order from any other dunkin. I get a big hot cream 3 equal... this dunkin gets it right EVERY time. The coffee roll was delicious. I'd buy Dunkin more if they all operated like that.

I ordered a large coffee, but when I arrived five minutes later, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, and there was a long line inside. My coffee hadn’t been made yet. Despite being short-staffed during the rush (only three people were working), they handled everything remarkably well and remained courteous to all customers. This was by far one of my best experiences with Dunkin’ Donuts, especially during a busy time!
