What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
filz threatened. fight in much behind our car. the workers thought it was funny. forever because the workers play around instead of working. forget us sauces for our tacos. I went to an end when I went home. also felt the need to call my grandson and tell him that he does not stop there and eat. it was dangerous. So instead he went to mcdonalds. View all feedback.
I know working in the food industry isn't always easy. I did it for years. It's ashame to hear someone being treated with such disrespect because something happened to half their order and they just wanted to have the food that was missing. It's not the correct way to approach that situation when you cuss them out and tell them to call corporate instead of trying to satisfy a customer and keep them coming. I don't even want to go there because of that treatment to that customer. I worked as an assistant manager and you never handle someone coming back in politely just because they want their food for themselves and their family. What a Shame.
The food quality is average, not outstanding most of the time but not terrible either. However, the customer service and staff are extremely unprofessional. Ordering at this place is frustrating as they make mistakes 99.9% of the time and refuse to correct or refund orders. This restaurant needs to improve. Food: 3/5.
If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered on the taco bell app and my order was cancelled without explanation. I haven't received a refund and when I called the store to get an explanation why it was cancelled and when I should expect my refund they were very rude. They claimed to not know why and they had nothing to do with it. They ended up just sitting silent for 30 seconds before hanging up on me. The women I spoke to were absolutely horrible and shouldn't have jobs in customer service.
At first I was happy that they opened a Taco Bell in my city. It has been years since the last one closed and I had to walk all the way toSouthgate for my breakfast wraps. Unfortunately the service here is terrible. I ordered from them three times and three times they got my orders wrong. To make matters worse I can only order from them using their app or the drive thru so I can’t even confront them when they get my orders wrong or make sure they get my orders right. This kind of service is unacceptable. Looks like I’m going to have to keep walking to Southgate. Hopefully their service is better.
What is this like really. Now last time I came I got a cold one and I told myself I was not going to come back here but no I said maybe they were having a bad day then this happened I want my money back ??
