Beckham's B M Bar B Que North Randall

I used to love B&M, but the food quality, portion sizes and service have all gone down. My mom and I went there to get wings and the ones we got were SO tiny that it was ridiculous! We got very few fries with them. Service was slow, unprofessional, and theyoung people running the business seemed to keep getting distracted in the middle of what they were doing and walking off. Itmade getting anything done take way longer than it should. It also seemed to take several of them to do what it should 've onlytaken one of them to do. While we were in the restaurant, at least four people came in to complain about their orders beingwrong and missing food. One woman complained about there not being enough meat on her rib bones, and was told that it dependedon which end they cut from, and, you get what you get. Her ribs were also pretty burnt. I don 't forsee going back there again.

Everything has their sauce on it so best to grab a fork. I actually enjoyed the sides more than the ribs and probably would lean more towards the chicken or polish boys next time. The restaurant could use some up keep, sticky floors and exterior decorappears to be falling off the building. I?d recommend grabbing and go. There?s a dining room but tables were scattered andunorganized. Everything is meant to be affordable so you can get a full meal at a decent price.

I can't give this place any stars. I ordered four plates of well-cooked meat and was served rib tips that were overcooked. I know what good ribs are like because I always order them for special occasions. I will not be returning.

We tried to call the restaurant, but the phone rang for three minutes with no answer. Living in Canton makes it inconvenient to just pop back over. I was really disappointed with this location. They messed up our order last month too, but we gave them another chance. Now, we’re out $12 for a meal we didn’t receive, and we left a $20 tip for an incomplete order. When we picked up our order, the restaurant was not busy at all, so there really isn’t any excuse for this mistake.

While we were there, at least four other customers came in to complain about incorrect orders or missing items. One woman even expressed dissatisfaction about the amount of meat on her ribs, and the staff response was that it depended on where they were cut, implying that it was just luck of the draw. To top it off, their ribs were quite burnt. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.
