What J B doesn't like about Providence Bagel:
I decided to give them another chance, and I regretted the decision.They have 2 prep stations. When the drive-through line is in the street, both prep stations switch to drive-through only. This makes sense, but they don't stop taking inside orders. They don't even have the courtesy to tell the walk-ins that they are going to wait longer than normal.Never again. View all feedback.
These bagels are absolutely incredible! There's such an extensive selection of food that you don't even have to order a bagel if you don't want to! They also offer homemade toaster tarts, including some savory options.
If you're looking for the perfect bagel, look no further than Providence Bagels! They have just the right amount of crunch on the outside, while still being wonderfully chewy and soft on the inside. Every flavor I've tried has been outstanding. Their bacon and chive cream cheese is truly exceptional!
I absolutely adore this place! Whenever we have family or friends visiting from out of town, a stop at Providence Bagel is essential. My favorite is the friar on pumpernickel, although every sandwich I've tried has been excellent! The staff is always incredibly kind and friendly, no matter how early it is in the morning. I really can't say enough good things about PB!

The food was enjoyable, but I had an unfortunate experience when my car was damaged by their kiosk iPad. One of the employees wasn't holding it securely and accidentally dropped it onto my car door. It was evident this had happened before, as the iPad was already in rough shape and looked well-worn. All of this over a tip that shouldn’t even be solicited at a drive-through. While I can overlook the steep prices, I won’t be coming back to risk more damage to my vehicle.
