Dunkin Donuts - North Port

As a regular patron, I can confidently say that this is my favorite coffee shop! The service is consistently quick and precise. The staff are all very friendly, but I particularly appreciate Peyton, who I often see working. She is always patient and goes the extra mile to ensure my order is perfect every time. Unlike some others, Peyton takes the time to inquire about my day and how I'm doing. I highly recommend this place and hope everyone gets the chance to interact with Peyton!

We didn't have to wait long for the drive-thru or for our order. The staff were friendly and there was no shouting among them like there was during our previous visits. Our order was completely correct, looked great, and tasted delicious! We were really pleased with this much-needed improvement. We did have to wait about half an hour in the drive-thru, and unfortunately, when we got our drinks—hot black coffee with cream and espresso—they were cold. We decided to park and go inside to avoid another long wait, and it took an additional 25 minutes to get the right drink. Overall, though, the experience was a lot better this time!

Came into bed with 3 impatient children and was still greeted with a friendly face on the other side of the counter. Peyton was so patient with us, and she gave us a super friendly welcome. This girl practically leads the show itself. Reserve an increase safely!

The food is amazing, but the bacon is consistently greasy. The staff is generally good, although there were a few instances when they didn’t communicate with me at the drive-thru. They handle busy times well, but occasionally my order gets mixed up with others.
