Tempura Japanese - North Platte

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the service is quick and welcoming. It's a wonderful discovery for tasty sushi and Chinese dishes in a pristine and enjoyable environment.

When you enter a restaurant, you expect at least some acknowledgment. However, no one cared to come to our table even after we were seated. This lack of etiquette was disappointing. It seemed like they had no interest in serving us, almost as if they were doing it for free. The staff was extremely moody and overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Think twice before deciding to dine here.

Ok so everything was amazing! We came in with a big group, it was kinda awkward at first cause we didn't know where to sit or if we should wait but it looked like staff was pretty busy but we ending up seating ourselves, and then a waiter came around handing us menus. The menu was huuuuge!! They even had a Chinese portion which my non-adventurous friends loved! I ordered the udon noodles with chicken and whole bunch of appetizers, the chicken wings were 10/10 didn't even care for sauce but it was so crunchy and juicy at the same time! Their shrimp tempura was 13/10!!! so crispy!! Literally loved all the apps, and we ordered a ton!!! Sushi was great too, we kinda went around the table trying everything and literally nothing was like um no, everything was sooooo delicious! I would highly recommend anyone to come here, might not look the greatest but boy their food was awesome!!! Our waiter was so sweet and even gave us free green tea ice-cream, everyone got one scoop!! It was also soooo yummy!! We were just driving home but next time we go out to North Platte we are definitely stopping by! It was an amazing, delicious experience!!

Had not been back since covid. And the food was delicious

Apprehensively stopped here when we were passing through, but we desperately wanted to avoid fast food. The food was pretty average. The atmosphere when we picked up our order was concerning. Oddly, the restaurant did not seem to have air conditioning, which was a red flag for a sushi place. In addition, the dining room was one of the messiest I’ve ever seen, as the floor was sticky with food all over it. Someone needs to take charge here and have more pride in the cleanliness of there restaurant.
