Another Round - North Platte

Always great service. had a big party of 16 and ended up adding more in the last minute and they accommodated us quickly and without hesitation. eating is always cooked to what they ask. I always recommend another round for people who come to the city and ask for places to eat.

Went early so wasn't busy service has always been great tho n we love the variety of foods had prime rib,,,cooked just right mmmm

My husband and I went for a quick dinner and ran into another couple that we joined. We had a horrible time trying to get service as the 3 wait staff were too busy talking to the bartender and ignoring their tables. My husband had to go to the bar to get our drinks. It was not a busy night, we were one of 5 tables which included a party of 10. Two other tables walked out as no one would acknowledge them. Considering how good the food and drinks are, if you have a great wait staff, they should be making bank. I know how I tip and if I had gotten better service, our server could have made a lot more off our table. 5/20/22. A much better experience this time. We did have to wait about 20 minutes for a table but Vanessa took great care of us. We had our drinks, appetizer, salads AND entrees in less than 22 minutes after we had ordered. And YES, I did time it based on our last experience. I had the walleye and it was fabulous. I will definitely get it again.

Good environment, decent drinks and good service. Appetizers were subpar and we ordered a pizza that wasn't cooked at all. 100% uncooked dough all the way through. Waitress took it back to the kitchen, came back and asked us if we'd like it recooked or taken off the bill, when she went back to inform the kitchen we didn't want it recooked, the kitchen clapped and cheered followed by roars of laughter. We won't be back.

Hot RB 1/2 fat, gravy broken and cold, bread hard as rocks and sour. Potato soup barely warm enough to serve and too salty. The smothered rib eye in wine, butter, mushrooms sauce was the worst attempt of gourmet cooking since human's first animal slaughter for food. I felt bad for the beast. Paid full price even after complaining.
