Mcdonald's - North Plains

Way over priced for what you get, food getting smaller prices getting way too high. We only stop at McDonald's if we are starving and have no other options.

I am giving a low rating because they don't have any food that is gluten free and I am highly sensitive to gluten. The only item I could order was a soda as I am lactose intolerant. How sad on their part as even the fries contain gluten! Time to up your game McDonald's and realize that you could tweak your menu to accommodate those with food sensitivities. My friend could enjoy their food, so I inhaled the scents while I drank my soda.Dietary restrictions: None! Shame on McDonald's!

This McDonald’s was unable to use one of the digital coupons and I spoke with a manager, and she refused to do anything even though I showed her the coupon for a buy one breakfast sandwich get one for a dollar. When the McDonald’s is having an issue with a coupon, the manager should be able to override it and get it to work. This is done at every other McDonald’s. I also had another paper coupon since they couldn’t get the digital one to work and they refused to use that also.

The majority of the employees are rude or indifferent.

Very fast drive thru experience. The drive thru attendant was extremely polite and helpful
