I did not enjoy my dining experience at this restaurant. The waitress brought out different dishes than what we had ordered, and when we voiced our concerns, we were told we could either accept it or leave. Additionally, the bread we were served was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. We waited for the Chicharrón for 40 minutes only to be told it was not available. The food at this restaurant is top-notch, with a homely and comforting taste that is not overly rich or heavy.
I did not like it. The waitress served us different dishes than the ones we had ordered, and when we complained, she told us we could leave it that way because if not, they would deduct it from her. The bonus bread was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. We waited about 40 minutes for the chicharrón, and in the end, they told us it wasn't going to come out. I found it to be completely disrespectful. We went there with our family for our anniversary to have a great family lunch with the taste of our homeland, but what we experienced was horrible. I will not be going back there.
Outstanding Colombian cuisine, fantastic service, and a pleasant atmosphere... I highly recommend this restaurant in a special way.
Highly recommend this restaurant. I had the chicharrones and steak with plantains, and they were really delicious.
Excellent food, very family-friendly and the food does not feel heavy. Tastes like home-cooked meals.
