I had a great experience! The food was still warm when I received it. I ordered the 3-piece Chicken Combo with mac and cheese, and the mac and cheese was absolutely fantastic.
The chicken was extremely tough and dry, almost as if it were very old or leftover. My kids had trouble even chewing it and ended up just eating the fries. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing.
The chicken was tough and seemed a day old, as if they had re-fried it to serve today. I was quite disappointed with this order. I wish they had sent it from the location closer to me, as their food is always fresh there.
This place is fantastic! The staff were exceptionally friendly and respectful, both to me and to other patrons. Everyone puts in a lot of effort and is incredibly efficient. The restaurant is always clean, and it’s clear that the manager does an excellent job, fostering a strong relationship with the team. Keep up the amazing work, everyone!
