They did not have any reservation with Open Table, thank God that there were not many people. This is the second time that happens to me I make a reservation with App Open Table and nothing appears in Restaurant, so it is preferable to call Restaurant to verify View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Venezia Pizza:
- I didn't see it. this restaurant should not be on open table as my reservation that I had made weeks in advance as it was for Mother's Day dinner, was “new” to them. they did not even try to accept or offer a solution. I have even suggested bringing some tables to the outside area from which they were released. the personal was also incredibly rude to a member of the reservation party that appeared early. that was my first time. I will never return.
Super sweet spot! Her calzone, canoli and chocolate cake was so fresh and delicious. You also have good Tuscany wine.
I've been ordering from here for almost 4 years and it was great! Until tonight, when we order our pizza online like ALWAYS. I paid and got a confirmation that my food at 19:03 a.m. after an hour and a half hour for our food that I called at 7:30 a.m. and no one answered the phone, I knew that they were open because I always ordered on sunny days and Google says that they are open and my order went online. Now finally I came into my car and went up there and the open shield is turned on, the doors are locked and lights are out. Uhm! Really so now after two hours it?s now almost 8pm my kids are cats and I need to find out what to do for dinner. This is so annoying and very frustrating! Make it at least that your website does not allow orders when you are closed and update your opening hours on Google. So they took my money and not dinner for us.
This summer we had a dinner at the restaurant Venezia and everything was more than perfect!!!! The team was so friendly, the pizzas? simply amazing and the prices really good! We highly recommend this restaurant and we would scream them to be fully booked every evening as they really deserve it!!!!
This place is a hidden gem. The staff was so friendly, our waitress was so kind and attentive. The food was incredible and the portions were amazing. Our family left so happy we?re planning to come back for lunch tomorrow. This place is wonderful, would absolutely recommend.
Only giving 3 stars because the food is good. But the portion size is very small. 22 dollars for a pasta dinner and only 1 piece of bread?.. for that price most places give you a soup or a salad and 2 pieces of bread. Still hungry after that small portion. Will definitely go somewhere else to get my money?s worth.
