First, I 'd like noted that nobody asked me for the glowing review I am about to leave. I had an issue with a bracelet that I could not wear because it was always falling off of my wrist. My solution was never to wear it and so it sat in my jewelry box for 7 years : . Until, I met Margo. This CREATIVE, ARTISTIC, TENACIOUS Jeweler EXAMINED the bracelet and actually found a solution for me when NO OTHER jeweler could. Mind you, this was a cuff bracelet so not so easy. I am so grateful that she cared enough to help me. Margo 's work is impeccable as is her personality and caring nature. I went to google to leave a review for Margo and saw one one-star review. I don 't know who Ann is but this review MUST be a mistake. Surely, she is confused and never met Margo. Once you meet Margo you will know it. I met her last year. One morning, I glanced down at my bracelet and thought of what a shame it was that it was just laying in my box. A bulb went off in my head, a project for Margo! Can 't say enough good things. If you need a jeweler for ANY reason, she is the one. Thank you for your attention and I hope my review helps you as a customer.
