Wasnt bad for a subway experience. Significantly better than the one located inside the local Walmart. That place is awful, subway shouldn 't even let them use their name. Anyway back to this one. We were greeted upon entering, and they were quick and efficent.the only think preventing a 5 star is the fact that subways price point is way to high for what you are actually getting. I get it now. I fully understand why this location is rated 2.5 stars I ordered online from this location for pick up and my sandwiches were not prepared correctly. I am given instructions on the app, whether or not, I want less or more or to remove the specific condiment altogether, so I chose more sauce, and I received less than what I have ever seen when ordering in the store, I called to speak to what I am assuming is a manager, and he proceeded to talk over me the entire time I explained my concerns. I explained that my sandwiches weren 't made wrong technically, but that if I 'm given an option to request extra of an item I am anticipating to receive more of that item. I received sandwiches with next to none of the extra items that I requested.
My sandwich was made nothing like i even ordered it. ??
The service was great the workers made all 7 of my sandwiches fantastic and exactly like I asked with a smile at close to closing time! I will definitely go back again!
Nik was the best subway employee I have ever seen!! Wonderful cookie and subs
