What a total rip off! I certainly will not be going back! I looked at the website this morning and found a meal that allowed me to pick my own choices. I wanted two lobster tails and Linguine Alfredo with shrimp. When I got to the restaurant I was told I couldn't do any substitutions and I was stuck with broccoli and crab legs and garlic shrimp. Typical restaurant setting with comfortable seating, great food, and quick service.
Haven't been here in many years was before COVID but had wanted shrimp scampi and cheddar bay biscuits. We arrived around 430 so the place wasn't crowded. We were seated right away but service was slow as it took almost 15 minutes to get our first drinks. I get it, it's hard to find servers. We ordered and she brought out biscuits while they were making our salads. I used to LOVE these biscuits and I would eat probably four loved them that much. Well the years have not been good to the biscuits. They were probably 2/3 the size they used to be if not 1/2, a noticeable difference. They were also very greasy and didn't taste anything like they used to which is unfortunate. Salads were uneventful and I don't recommend them pick another side. Dinners were good fried shrimp, coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi. Good mind you, not great. Will we go back no. I can get shrimp at many restaurants and for me, without the biscuits, there is no reason to go to Red Lobster. 4/15/24 After I posted this re urw, Red Lobster asked me to message them on Facebook. I did and they asked me for the same information that I included in my review. They also asked for info from my receipt but I don't save receipts. They asked for the total we spent and I didn't know exactly so I told them we both had endless shrimp, salads and one drink each. They emailed me a $20 gift card but I will forward it to someone as I have no interest in going back.

Seriously? You can't substitute one of your sides? That's totally absurd. Not the waitresses fault but Red Lobster's policy. Do not expect any individualization there. Very very dissatisfied! You will not be getting my business again. Not worth the value I paid for. And management do not tell me to go on Facebook cuz I don't do Facebook.
Really good place to eat! Our server was amazing! The food was good too!
Not the same. Mediocre and overpriced. This franchise is living off of nostalgia an endless shrimp gimmick at best.
