The food here is always excellent, prepared fast and always fresh, but I'm writing this review because of the customer service. I didn't catch her name, but a young blonde woman at the drive-through tonight (10/22/22) was incredibly kind. Give her a raise! View all feedback.
What Glenn dupont doesn't like about Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers:
Chicken was crispy, moist and hot. The breading was flavorless as was both dipping sauces. Cole slaw was pretty bland. They need more variety of sauces. It's just another chicken place. View all feedback.

Best chicken fingers, toast and sweet tea around. I have been going to canes since 2004 multiple locations multiple states, in always good.
The chicken fingers are cooked perfectly: crispy and neither dry nor undercooked. The real highlight, however, is the bread that comes with the combo! The special sauce is nice; while some might prefer other options, it's actually quite good. I suppose if you have a simple menu, you should at least do it right, and they certainly did!
Cane's offers the best sauce I've ever tasted, and the young woman at the counter was exceptionally friendly. The chicken is fantastic as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
We (three adults) were the only customers there for lunch. The food was good, but just average—not exceptional. The service was quite fast after we placed our orders. However, the restrooms could use a bit more attention. Overall, I'm not sure if I would return to this chain, as it didn't leave a memorable impression on me.
