I would like to express my appreciation for Nicki/Nicky (I apologize if I've gotten her name wrong) for providing us with exceptional service. She truly went above and beyond, making sure everything was just as I liked it. She even replaced an item for me, which was a wonderful surprise. Her kindness really made my night.
