Malleys, what can they say about the best chocolates! they also have wonderful sun days in the north olmsted store.

Limited product. Clean but dated. Does not carry the tradition happy Malley's feel they are known for. Staff Pleasant as always

I used to love coming to malleys and now that I have a son I want him to experience what I did. Every single time wE come in your staff has an attitude or doesn’t talk can’t even welcome us in and say hello how are you! Today you no longer get served icecream you have to go up and order and then sit down which before they served you. It’s just silly to me. I’m just tired of the rudeness constantly and being unfriendly makes me not wanna come here anymore!

Was disappointed to learn I could not renew or get a new Malleys discount card, have had one since they came out. No regard for Covid and those of us that haven't been in a store for two years! That's a real shame...always come here for special occasions and Easter. Not very good at customer service I'm afraid...we will see if their chocolates have suffered too...
