Geeat Place. We're here several times. The food is very good. I would highly recommend the buffet if it is offered simply because you have a variety of samples.

Delicious, great service, beautiful selection for vegetarians. My spicy friend loved the heat in his spicy dish. You can request different levels of spices for each dish. I asked medium and it was perfect for someone who likes a touch of heat. The Naan was slightly broken and had a nice taste.

We have been regular customers since it was known as Kashmir Palace many years ago, and even though there have been changes in ownership and name, the quality of the food has remained consistently good. Our only complaint about the ownership change (which may have changed again) arose a few months back when our order was wrong. After driving all the way home to the farthest point in Westlake with takeout, we discovered that our meal was inedible because it wasn’t prepared as we had requested. With a one-year-old and the hour getting late, we couldn’t just hop back in the car and return to North Olmsted that night. We called to express our frustration and were told our entrees would be complimentary the next time we ordered takeout, just to ask for a specific person by name. A couple of weeks later, when we tried to redeem our complimentary meal, we were informed that the gentleman no longer worked there. Instead, they offered us only a 10% discount on our meal. We had paid for the entire ruined meal, and it should have been corrected completely. When we voiced our displeasure, they eventually provided our entrees for free, but not without some noticeable irritation and a sarcastic tone. This incident upset us greatly, especially since we had been loyal customers for years, and it kept us away for over two months; my husband even considered not returning. Ultimately, we decided to give them another chance since this was our first negative experience. Since then, we haven’t encountered any issues like that again, aside from a couple of occasions where we had to wait at least 15 minutes for our takeout despite arriving on time. This review highlights that even with a few hiccups along the way, we keep coming back because the food is simply amazing. We can't imagine our lives without the cuisine from Flavors of India, so we continue to visit often. Don’t get me wrong—if bad experiences became a pattern, we would definitely stop going. However, with at least seven years of wonderful meals, we didn’t want one or two minor issues to deter us. Get ready to be impressed by some truly exceptional Indian food!
