The empl... read more I was looking for two cupcakes and their website claimed they had a variety available all day. However, when I arrived, the only option was red velvet. The employee, who displayed poor customer service, told me that more cupcakes would be available "within the hour." Since I had walked there, I decided to wait. I noticed that she was sitting on her phone while her colleague did all the work. Overall, I was not impressed.

Today, the staff informed us that they were out of ice cream entirely.

T... read more I was greeted with warmth and kindness the moment I stepped inside. The woman at the counter was incredibly patient as we took our time to browse the options. The presentation at this location was stunning, and the cupcakes were beautifully crafted. In my opinion, this location is far superior to the one downtown. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The quality of the cupcakes alone sets this place apart from the downtown location. Thank you all once again!

Called about a month ago to let them know one of their cupcakes that I purchased the day before was already molded. I saw white spores inside right before I too... read more Called about a month ago to let them know one of their cupcakes that I purchased the day before was already molded. I saw white spores inside right before I took a bite! Spoke to the manager who gave a couple of excuses as to why that would be (maybe didn’t cool down completely, etc) but assured me that’s never happened before. Well I told her I saw another review on here that stated another customer found mold. She said “well I haven’t seen the reviews.” How have you not read the reviews as a manager??!!! Anyway, she took down my address to send me a coupon or reimbursement. It’s a whole month later and nothing ever arrived. With the price tag on these cupcakes, this shouldn’t happen. Perhaps the inventory should be cut down if cupcakes are sitting in that display case longer than they should.

Place is cute and service was great but the cupcakes themselves were dry with way too much frosting. For $6.50 a cupcake my hopes were high.
