Bj's Brewhouse North Olmsted

The restaurant is nice. The food was a little pricey for the quality. It wasn’t a busy night and it appeared well staffed but the service was slow and not attentive to the customers. I was a little disappointed in the overall experience.

Me and my wife came out on a Saturday night so we expected a longer wait, but were surprised that wasn’t the case. We were immediately sat and greeted by our server. Our drinks were refilled at an appropriate rate and we didn’t have to wait for our food either which was nice. I suspected though that the short wait for food might’ve been the demise to the evening. My wife ordered a steak and I ordered the prime rib. My prime rib was ordered at medium and came out cold, and the veggies were still raw, specially the cauliflower. My wife ordered her steak medium as well, and hers came out a medium rare/rare. She had a blue center, her asparagus was also undercooked as well. All in all, we will return and are hoping this was just a fluke, but this time was below the bar that we expect from Bjs

The server was very nice, but not well supported. We were there for a bit over two and a half hours. Our reservation was for 6. We had to ask for a different table in the area as we requested. The area was open and available for seating The server was in the weeds most of the night because he was swamped with tables. He might have been new, but had no training support from peers until one lady in our party had to go find someone who was off the clock. I ran full service restaurants for 12 years. I never saw a manager last night covering the floor. We have come here on a regular basis for several years. I hope for improvement and we will try one more time. I will not recommend until we come in one more time

Great food (especially the prime rib weekend special) and great selection of draft beers. Awesome service team effort led by our waiter Anthony.

The service provided was of exceptional quality. Our server, Keshuan, demonstrated remarkable attentiveness without being overly intrusive. The entire staff exhibited seamless collaboration, resulting in a dining experience characterized by utmost efficiency. Our group of ten thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and the cocktails were of exceptional quality. Notably, the Dirty Martini It was one of the finest I have ever encountered.
