What veggiedyke doesn't like about Ellie's Ice Cream:
We can honestly say that this was the worst vegan ice cream and sorbet we've ever had. There was no flavour every one we tried just tasted like pure sugar. We noticed the ingredients were all things like maltodextrin and dextrose, so that's not a surprise. We thought it was so gross that we threw it all out. What a waste of the money. Best ice cream parlour in Sheringham, possibly Norfolk! Almost too much choice but that is the magic of the place. Really friendly staff and great prices. We visit every time we are in town.
When we visit Sherringham we always have an ice cream from here (the only place I ever buy an ice cream). Always clean. Staff are always pleasant and efficient. The vast array of flavours, many containing local fruit etc, means choosing is the only difficult part. Ronaldo's ice cream is absolutely delicious.
Visited Sheringham on Saturday and decided to have an ice cream, stopped at Ellies and asked the young lady if she had GLUTEN FREE cones, imagine my delight when she said yes!!! Enjoyed a delicious Mr Whippy in a gf cone with flake...thank you
Delicious range of ice creams. Very friendly staff and the Monster Cookie Dough is a really tasty take on a classic ice cream flavour.
