We were passing through North Walsham and looking for somewhere for a sandwich. Cafes seemed very sparse, so we decided to have a take away and sit in the sun and eat it. Bocadillo caught our eye and although it was almost ready to close, the very nice lady in the shop said she would happily make us a sandwich. My o my and it was a sandwich. What tetsmum doesn't like about Bocadillo:
A visit to Bocadillos used to be a delightful experience; both of my daughters attended Paston, and I swear they spent more time there than at home! However, our visit on Friday was disappointing. I watched one of the staff scramble eggs with a spoon before placing raw egg on the same board where other food was prepared. The sausages were barely lukewarm at best. I absolutely love this place! The portions are generous, and the staff is wonderful. It's a fantastic little gem of a sandwich shop. The salad boxes and the baked potatoes are always beautifully prepared.
The best rolls in town! The meat comes from local butchers, and the sliders are amazing. I can't understand why anyone would choose Subway when this place exists!
If you're in North Walsham, you have to try the food from this place. The dishes are excellent and perfect for a lunchtime meal. The prices are quite reasonable too!
Went here for first time today and had the hog roast baguette, absolutely delicious and cant wait to try the breakfast boxs next
Never had anything from there. But it smells good and you have to be good to survive in North Walsham. So they are doing quite a lot right.
