Murphy's On The Beach

After waiting for half an hour, I approached a waitress outside to ask if someone could take our drink order. She responded as if I were being rude and told me to wait at my table, assuring me that a server would come by. Ten minutes later, I went to the bar to order drinks and food myself. The food took about 90 minutes to arrive. After two hours, no one from the waitstaff ever came to our table. Frustrated, I went to the bar again after 90 minutes to inquire about our food, only to find that it was ice cold. I ordered a drink at the bar to go with it and closed out my tab.

This restaurant is always a fun and popular spot to enjoy live music. However, I really hope they have plans to clean the shared access walkway on Snooky's side of the building. It’s quite unkempt and doesn’t create a welcoming atmosphere—definitely looks dirty.

We walked in and the employee seemed irritated when she informed us that we could sit anywhere. We initially planned to sit outside, but the shaded spots were taken, which was fine. We then went back inside and sat at a table for over five minutes without anyone coming over to talk to us. Eventually, we decided to leave. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. I understand they might have been short-staffed, but a simple acknowledgment like "Sorry, we'll be right with you" would have been appreciated. I even held the door open for an employee to come in.

I am from Indiana and came down with my family for a family vacation. My boyfriend I decided to try out Murphy's Bar Grill and LOVED it. Our food was super good and our waitress was AMAZING, her name was Rhonda and she was the sweetest!!!! Will 1000% come back when we visit again!! ????

I could not take all the RAP music they were playing inside. We would have stayed a lot longer and enjoyed more cold beer, but we just couldn't take the loud/vulgar Rap music another minute. This definitely is NOT a Rap music crowd, so not sure what the management was thinking on this day..
