Pleasantly surprised at this fast food restaurant. Interiors clean and comfortable, the staff was as friendly as can be, and the food was tasty and not greasy. The chicken tenders were yummy. The french fries were extra tasty. And the burger was deliciousand light in texture. Definitely worth checking out. View all feedback.

Burger was good, fries were plentiful. The seating area was very cold. Could not enjoy the food because we were cold. Both drink machines were broke, could only get water.
No exaggeration here burger was awesome and the fries as well. They make homemade fries like five guys but better. Definitely recommend this place.
My husband and I have been going to Burger fi for years in North Myrtle Beach. We have never been so dissapointed. Burger was not cooked completely. Bacon was cold, fries were cold and disgusting. No heat in the building. Machine down and I could not use my reward that is due to expire soon. Soda machine has been down for quite sometime. Will not be going back to that location anytime soon.I complained and the manager was very rude and argued with the really nice woman running the cash register. She was the one who heated the bacon in the microwave for my husband.It is sad how they have become such a nasty and selfish place. They are not trying to please their customer's anymore.My suggestion is to clean-up your act or plan on losing business. Plenty of places to eat.Done!
Our visit to BurgerFi today found several deficiencies in its performance: no heat in the building, no soda machines functioning, and “close early” signs due to lack of employees. Food was prepared well, but eating in the store was very cold. I know this chain aims higher than this, could be just a fluke day! Not sure we will try again though… we’ll see.Building seemed clean and staff was friendly. We experienced No wait at all.
From NYC so it was quiet to me for a Friday night, 8p. However made ordering easy, no waiting. Just the wait for food, but you can order ahead to solve that! Food was super fresh, and for a burger joint the chicken sandwich was amazing. Juicy not dry, not tendons or gross bits, yummy. Fries hold beautifully if you don't finish them, in the oven next day. Service was so friendly despite it clearly be towards end of day. Vegetarian options: Has a veggie burger that was picture looked handmade not processed patty Kid-friendliness: Had highchairs.
