Poltimore Inn - North Molton

The dining experience was fantastic! I ordered the dirty chips as my main dish, but I could have opted for the smaller portion instead of the huge one. On the bright side, they provided me with a takeout box, so I was able to enjoy it for dinner later! The food was excellent, the staff was really friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will definitely be returning!

We were on a long journey from Devon to Essex and needed a place for a quick bite before hitting the road again. Upon entering, we noticed a small bar area and thought it might be difficult to find a table for all 10 of us. However, when the waitress led us to our table, we were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking view. This restaurant is a beautiful spot for a meal, and both the food and service were excellent. I would definitely recommend it. It's just a shame that we live too far away to return anytime soon.

We visited yesterday for lunch, making our way from Riverside to South Molton. Our strolls ended with us getting stuck in a muddy spot and we had to wash our legs and shoes in the river! When we arrived at the pub, I explained our predicament to the bartender, who told us that another couple had experienced the same issue! I was concerned that we might be overreacting, but she assured us we weren’t! We had an amazing Sunday roast; it was truly delicious, and the selection of vegetables was fantastic and cooked to perfection! I wholeheartedly recommend this pub!
