What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
While waiting for my order, I felt ignored. I had ordered French toast sticks but heard nothing for a long time. After waiting, I decided to drive to the pick-up window. When I got there, the young man opened the window and asked, "Yes?" I replied, "Yes, I ordered the French toast sticks." To my surprise, he told me they didn’t have them. Not WASTE your time with this innocence!!!! The SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER!!!! If there are 3 cars in line, #1 in the window, #2 order and your #3 wait next to order. It takes 30 minutes to get your food. I had to go before I get my food more then actually get my order. Tonight there was only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru, 20 minutes later they were still on the window. Yes I went back and removed Mc Donald's 5 blocks. I got my food and when I drove past the Wendy again, the car was behind me when I was gone now in the window. How slow is that??? Fire, who is responsible for the store.
I ordered the big deal combo, I restored my order with the wrong order! had to get back in the drive-dru position to get correction. At least they correct the mistake and gave me the right order. I was with other Wendy's they were just giving me attitude and no correction. but here wasn't too bad I was in the worst...

The staff must work more than team and it must be better management.
