As for the bay scallops, they were terrible, and they used to be my favorite dish. I’m not sure why they changed the recipe! My order of the Admiral's Feast was disappointing as well. Our waitress was fantastic, although I can't recall her name, which started with an "S." We ordered smoothies and shared the chicken Alfredo Cajun pasta, and it was delicious. We will definitely return!
I asked my waiter for the bill, take-out containers, and water, and after waiting for over 45 minutes without receiving anything, I asked another waiter for assistance. He told me my waiter was still on the way with what I needed, but that wasn’t true. He then offered to get the manager, hoping it would help, but that only made things worse. David Hoo made unprofessional excuses for the waiter instead of addressing our concerns. Meanwhile, other guests who arrived after us were receiving their bills and leaving while we sat ignored. The waiter even attended to other tables instead of finishing with ours. All we needed were a few simple items, and yet we felt completely overlooked. It shouldn’t take so long to get a bill, containers, and water. In the future, Mr. Hoo, please remember that when a customer has a complaint, it’s important to take it seriously rather than making excuses for your staff. Consider how you'd feel in a similar situation and treat your customers with the respect they deserve. After all, they come to Red Lobster to enjoy their time and spend their money.

Overall, the entire meal felt like a waste of money, which was upsetting, as this used to be a great place. Now it feels more like a cafeteria serving overpriced frozen food.
Typically, the food is outstanding, but this time it didn't meet my expectations. The shrimp Alfredo was particularly disappointing. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the restaurant, likely from stagnant rainwater. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
I know, but I think the cook had a heavy hand because my pasta drowns in sauce, but it was good tho.
