Mcdonald's - North Miami

A lovely restaurant with a courteous staff, and they always get my order right.

I visited the restaurant for lunch around 2 PM. I would have given it a 5-star rating if it hadn't served me old, stale fries. However, my burger was fantastic—fresh and hot. The service was excellent; they promptly changed my fries and provided me with fresh, hot ones. Overall, I had a great experience at this location!

I don’t want to come across as insensitive, but I had one of my worst experiences at McDonald's here. Most of the staff seemed to be Haitian and were still learning English. Their hurried approach contributed to getting my order wrong.

This Macdonald?s has BAD SERVICE they get the orders WRONG. We where eating and they kicked us out because they said, they were closing while the Macdonalds says it?s 24 hrs. A DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!!

First I pulled up they were closed because they were getting ready for breakfast at 430am. Then I pulled back up and they said their systems were down. So much for fast food.
