What User doesn't like about World Famous House Of Mac North Miami Beach:
I went to the north miami beach location that was open after the website. I tried to drive an hour to get there. When I arrived there it was closed, so we went to the Wynwood site. the staff was friendly and attentive, but I think it was very too expensive for a casual restaurant. $14 for a little cocktail is restless. the sum was $230 for two orders of mac and cheese with seafood, an salad and 4 drinks including con... It was ok. I think staff should be a little more prepared with inventory or let people know up front what you?re out of before they even order it. We really wanted lemonades but there weren?t any flavors available. Also, I think the portions should be more consistent for every dish, we ordered three Mac cheese dishes and one person had significantly less than the other two. Also each one came out at a different time. As a family we like to eat together, so to have towait for the other dishes to arrive 10 minutes apart wasn?t ideal for us.
Good Mac and cheese. I ordered the cheese one and it was dry and didn?t have as much flavor as I would?ve liked but it was still good. When I saw the price I thought it was expensive but after receiving the food I understood because they do serve a big portion. I also got the truffle fries and they were really yummy. Overall I don?t think I?ll be going back because I?ve tried better Mac and cheese for cheaper.
So this is my second time trying House of Mac and I absolutely love it! I like this location because it?s very close to FIU campus! I ordered the Vegan Mac and Cheese and it was so delicious! Prob it?s the best vegan mac and cheese I ever tried! Also, I tried their Vegan Burger with sweet potato totes It was perfect! but I definitely recommend to try the mac and cheese you won?t regret it! A real comfort food! One more thing is that I loved the packaging very convenient!!And the staff were very friendly and helpful ! At both locations Wynwood and North Miami.
Service was great. The Mac n Cheese is out of this world. I had the Jerk Shrimp Mac. Owner was so humble and made us feel welcomed. Will return again when I visit the Sunshine state.
THE BEST!!!! I've driven by saying to myself, Gotta try. So glad I finally did. Got the jerk chicken mac. Flavor was stupendous!! Friend got 5 cheese mac. She said it's the best she's ever tasted. The Cesar salad was fresh with just the right amount of croutons. I read a lot of the reviews. If you go to a place that is the house of Mac, why would you be disappointed when they don't have chicken tenders. Go to McDonald. Waiting to try all the other mac and cheese flavors.As for the prices, the quantity makes it worth the price. Kudos to House of Mac!!!!!
