I placed an online order when I arrived at the restaurant. There was a bit of a line, which was expected. Natasha was amazing - she was very nice, sweet, and incredibly fast. She seemed like a lively and efficient worker. I really hope she is either a manager, trainer, or supervisor, because she was outstanding. The sub I ordered was delicious and perfectly made. What User doesn't like about Subway:
It is 10:07am and the restaurant doors are locked. Inside, a young lady can be seen and despite knocking and ringing the doorbell, she hides. After taking a picture of her from outside, she still ignores me. The sign on the door states that they open at 9am and 10am. I would have understood if she had simply said, "I am the only one here and cannot serve you at the moment." View all feedback.
The service was really good, I was so eating that they repaired, just as I wanted it.
I have gone here four times in the last month. Three out of four times I walked out because, despite being nearly empty, the service was so incredibly slow that I simply could not wait any longer to get a sandwich. I am just walking out of the store right now as there was one person ordering a sandwich, one person online, and two employees. And because the employees were so slow and then stopped to have a casual conversation with the people online, I was waiting 11 minutes before I decided to walk out and I still had not placed an order.The one time I did accomplish getting a sandwich, largely because the entire store was empty of any customers at all, I ran into an issue where they had extremely few ingredients available for the sandwiches. Whoever owns this store needs to fire all of the store management. I would love to blame the employees for having no sense of urgency at all, but the issue is clearly with management for allowing this behavior to grow to a point where it is this bad every single time I step in the store regardless of who is working.
Nice friendly atmosphere, was greeted by a young pinkie hair girl super nice made my order correctly followed my instructions. Service was great food is fresh and location nice and cleaned.
This place is official did online order went 20 minutes after pick up time and still wasn't ready. Ordered curbside no one never came out had to send my friend inside and still never received food after waiting an extra 20 minutes. Ask for refund n they claim they don't control what happens online. Why offer curbside when your employee is working alone.
Very slow service and only service the people that they know or like, feel discriminate. I was waiting 30 min for 6 inch sandwich until she decide it was enough waiting for me.
