Starbucks Coffee - North Miami Beach

This location has a coworker who has to work in the back of customers, she has no human skills, an evil rude demeanor, claude (black dame) must be moved or something.

Not sure what happened here. management switch since last here? I was kind of greeted, but then horror shows were performed. the author didn't know how to handle crème. poor training. asked for sugar and was said to come at the end of the counter. a couple of dieucks put it in for you. at the end of the counter...sugar, but no agitator. asked for agitators and directed to another bearing end. I have agitated and came back to the sugar area. was asked a bit rude when I would move and go to an unoccupied table to add sugar. I said it bothers me. they obviously didn't like that.

The personal is unclear. they totally ignore you. I waited for 20 minutes for a cheese croissant that was never put by the personal in the convection oven. When I asked what happened to my croissant, they started to fight. unreal.

This is my go-to spot, but today I ordered a high coffee and it arrived half full. It was a disappointing experience!

I always choose this location because it's the closest to me. The staff is consistently friendly, and I've never had any problems with my orders. However, it can get quite busy in the mornings and early afternoons, particularly at the drive-thru. I usually opt to park and go inside, which doesn't require much waiting. I tend to park a bit farther away from the store because the drive-thru lines can sometimes block cars trying to exit. That's the only downside I've noticed about this location—I wish the drive-thru line were better organized. I've observed that the drive-thru is usually empty after the lunch rush.
