Pollo Tropical - Feedback

What The Anointed One doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
I recently visited this location and ordered a Avocado Salad. I specifically told the cashier no tomatoes. They placed tomatoes in the order anyway. Also, the person who is supposed to call the receipt numbers and give people their orders, was not doing their job correctly. She started speaking Spanish, assuming that every customer understands.
