This location is absolutely incredible!The entire staff from the hostess, to our server Kenny, to the management team Mark Jewel everyone was friendly, attentive, and very welcoming.Spinach dip was hot, the trout with rock shrimp was phenomenal, and the ice cream sundae was a treat.Definitely recommend coming here for every and all occasions because it’s definitely worth it!
As always very good. First class food, magnificent service. The only problem is that when you order a drink in any restaurant and they tell you there aren't any, it takes them away. With the drinks bar they have, the fact that they can't make an espresso martini is very bad.I hope you know how to do it for my next visit.
Houston's I was very disappointed with the corporate policy with respect to me taking pictures for my review for my 7 million photo viewers to see in order to assist them in the decision making process if where to go and have their next dinner experience a d spend their hard earned money ? ? ? ? ?.Unfortunately Maui the manager did not allow me to provide you these essential toolsdue to their policy. SO SORRY!!!!!!
AWFUL place! Ridiculous service! Save yourself the wait and the headache. These people are classless, rude and arrogant!! If you are a family with kids DO NOT go to this place!We came here for a family dinner with our two children. The hostess told us the wait was 1hr and a half. We decided to wait. After about 50 minutes, we asked how much longer they thought the wait would be and they were counting minutes. They were more concerned about sticking to having us wait the hour and a half and not actually seating us. Over 12 parties were sat before us when they arrived after.Our kids behaved extremely well while having them wait around. At the hour and 30 mark, I went back and asked how much longer. She said a couple more moments and then had a manager come ask us if we wanted fries for the kids. I replied no Ty, but how much longer to be seated? The manager replied “if you can please have your children not be so loud or you can step outside.” I must repeat our kids were not fussing or loud. It was so evident they just did not want us there with kids. They replied with “we haven’t sat you because you have a stroller.” she could have kindly asked us if we mind leaving it in the car but again their concern was to scare us away with the wait time.After telling her she was extremely rude for even saying the loud comment about a BABY!! Not even a toddler, I asked her for her full name. Her reply was “I’m going to have to ask you to leave!!!” After we waited 90 minutes with kids!!!!I don’t know who raised these humans but they did an awful job! We proceeded to ask for other managers and she called the cops on us. She called the cops on two parent with two babies who were upset at the way she was treating us. She later kept repeating she just needed us to leave. The cops never arrived Ofcourse because there was nothing they can do about two civilized human beings asking about a wait time.Hillstone restaurant group, do better!!! Train your employees to be kind. Hire people who truly want your business to succeed. And to the GM who treated us this way, Sydney Edelstein! It starts at home!! I’m sure your mother tried her best with you, but her best barely scratched the surface to raise a decent human. You are miserable!
