This store has a large selection of products stored in a relatively small space, including many vegan and gluten-free options. They have chocolate, cookies, crackers, pasta, a Japanese cooking products section, fruits and vegetables, and various cakes on the counter. The only drawback is that it is more expensive compared to other health food stores in the area, like Haelan and Erde, with prices more similar to Planet Organic. For instance, the fresh Manna bakery muffins here are priced at £2.50, whereas they are £1.99 at Erde, which would make me less likely to visit frequently.

I have visited this small yet well-stocked store numerous times, and most of their products are vegetarian and/or vegan. In addition to their hot drinks, they offer a wide variety of fresh smoothies, although I have never sampled them. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I was having trouble with sleep, brain fog, and lack of concentration. I went to speak with Eric who was incredible. He explained everything to me and recommended magnesium and ginkgo biloba, which have worked wonders. Now I am getting great sleep and can stay focused throughout the day. This shop has amazing people and is a must-visit!
