The experience was average. The restaurant had run out of the bread that usually accompanies every meal, and instead, they offered us an apple or chips. However, there were other bread options available. We had to suggest to the staff member that he exchange the bread he had for the ones that were unavailable. On a positive note, the autumn butternut squash cheese soup was delicious and made the experience worthwhile... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This is the worst Panera I've ever experienced, but unfortunately, Cabot seems to enjoy it. They never get my order right, and the quality here is much lower compared to other locations. I used to work at a Panera in a different state, and I can't imagine anyone being sent home with the food they served me. It's such a waste of money when I leave. It's really disappointing because I wanted to give them more chances,... View all feedback.
The pick 2 is a great lunch choice. I had the smokehouse bbq chicken and French onion soups. Both are great choices especially the soup on a crisp Autumn day. Staff is friendly, food is delicious and prepared quickly. I had a lemon cookie and it was delicious. Can't go wrong with Panera
The staff is always genuinely and authentically happy to see you when you open the door and step in. Someone will always greet with a big smile. I work in the same shopping area and it it always pleasant walking in. And the coffee is always hot and always great!!!
Fast and yummy. Great service. Clean tables. A good go to lunch. Fantastic fresh bread.

They are usually great but they were sold out of my croissants on this visit. I wanted to try all the new summer beverages.. a very nice selection but I myself did not care for any of them, very sour. Pleasant outdoor seating in a picturesque surrounding at the Lakewood Village, North Little Rock Arkansas location
