Costa Coffee - North Lincolnshire

This Costa is the best!! Without a doubt! Simon and the young lady who served me today were attentive, informative, and the best in Scunthorpe. I will not go anywhere else now. Most customers I've noticed know Simon and Simon knows their drinks! I've visited three times recently and it's Simon's service and friendliness that I return for! If every franchise could have a Simon, they would be winning! Xxx

We ordered a caramel latte but received a regular latte instead. However, we also ordered a chai latte which was correct. Overall, both coffees were good.

Our experience at this restaurant was terrible, and we will not be returning. On Christmas Eve, our family wanted to enjoy a nice oak milk latte. We had 2 free drinks available but were not able to use them. The server acknowledged the free drinks on the app, but the manager, a man with dark hair, a beard, and glasses, did not care and insisted we pay. He was rude and uninterested in our explanation, ultimately making us pay for both drinks. We felt completely ignored and disrespected by his behavior. This manager should not be working with customers. We will not be returning and will share our negative experience with others on social media. Another establishment would have handled the situation better.

My husband and I went to the cafe as a break on our way to mum's in Lincs. We always stop there and buy a cappuccino and a white americano. We also get two slices of toast with jam/marmalade. The service is always very quick. The staff are efficient, chatty and friendly. We never have to wait long to get our food. The bread is brown seeded and very generous in size. It is delicious. We look forward to it. We also stop there on our way back home too. We went there on Thursday, 9th February 2023.

Really wanted to post a review as the lad who was serving customers was simply a joy this morning (26th September). Absolutely lovely to every customer, I watched him make the day of an elderly lady complimenting her on her outfit and being so lovely to a child. We need more people like this lad, keep being a breath of fresh air young man, ina world of such much sadness you are a rainbow
