I just went to this Dunkin and got a Large peach passion fruit refresher that was labeled on the menu 3.39 and the girl at the window said it is 4.65 and I took... read more I just went to this Dunkin and got a Large peach passion fruit refresher that was labeled on the menu 3.39 and the girl at the window said it is 4.65 and I took a picture and said no it says it’s 3.39 she said so it’s 4.65 the prices have changed andit hasn’t changed yet well I said politely can you just give me the 3.39 price and she said no I can’t well that’s falseadvertising I WILL NEAVER COME BACK I asked to talk to the manager and she said you can’t talk to the manger.

Since we were walking, we decided to use the drive-thru, only to be informed that we needed to be in a vehicle to place an order. It was quite frustrating, especially since there was no one else there at that early hour—around 6:50 AM. Where is the customer service?

They always tell me they can’t take my order because their microwave is being upgraded. I've decided to start going to Sheetz instead. Negative word-of-mouth about service spreads quickly when you receive poor service.
