I just went to this Dunkin and got a Large peach passion fruit refresher that was labeled on the menu 3.39 and the girl at the window said it is 4.65 and I took... read more I just went to this Dunkin and got a Large peach passion fruit refresher that was labeled on the menu 3.39 and the girl at the window said it is 4.65 and I took a picture and said no it says it’s 3.39 she said so it’s 4.65 the prices have changed andit hasn’t changed yet well I said politely can you just give me the 3.39 price and she said no I can’t well that’s falseadvertising I WILL NEAVER COME BACK I asked to talk to the manager and she said you can’t talk to the manger.

Since we were walking, we decided to use the drive-thru, only to be informed that we needed to be in a vehicle to place an order. It was quite frustrating, especially since there was no one else there at that early hour—around 6:50 AM. Where is the customer service?

However, the drive-thru attend... read more I recently stopped by this Dunkin’ and ordered a large Peach Passion Fruit Refresher, which was advertised on the menu for $3.39. However, the drive-thru attendant told me the price was actually $4.65. I showed her a photo of the menu clearly showing $3.39, but she said the prices had changed and the menu hadn’t been updated yet. I politely asked if they could honor the $3.39 price, but she refused. I found this misleading and decided I won’t be returning. When I requested to speak with the manager, she said that wasn’t possible.

I knew something was off when the drink came to the window—the bottom was way too dark. The employee said he didn’t make it but still handed it to me, and was quite rude about it. The drink tasted awful and cost $5.89. I drove around the front and threw it away. Next time, I’ll just save my money if they can’t even fix a poorly made drink, especially at these prices!
