Sonic Drive-in - North Las Vegas

I had an amazing experience with the customer service here. When I inquired about something specific, the staff member provided detailed information without any hesitation and spoke in a friendly tone. Later, at the payment window, I was searching for my card, and the gentleman was incredibly kind, showing great patience and reassuring me that there was no rush. This is definitely my favorite Sonic location!

I absolutely love the shakes here! My top choice is definitely the strawberry shake. And don't forget to dip your fries—the combination of sweet and salty is simply unbeatable!

The food was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they've been out of ice cream on two occasions.

The new cheese steaks are absolutely delicious—far better than I anticipated. I'm really glad I decided to give one a try. If the restaurant is looking for ways to improve, I would suggest toasting the bread!

This location would earn 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the nighttime staff is quite slow. As a regular customer, I often find myself waiting in line for at least 20 minutes, even when I only order a drink. Aside from that, the food is absolutely delicious!
