Contribute Feedback What Drew Lubowitz likes about Del Taco:
I always like to recognize when I get great customer service at fast food restaurants because it’s a hard job. I don’t have the name of the young man at the window, but he was working 4/27 at around 6:30ish in the drive-thru. Super kind and professional! I hope this review gives him some deserved recognition at work! View all feedback.
What Amy Aufderhar doesn't like about Del Taco:
I drove to the fast food place and sat in my car for a few minutes. When I decided to say hello, all I received in return was loud shouting over the loudspeaker, which felt like it was right in my ear. I understand they need to get my attention, but there was no need for all that noise! Instead of being professional and acknowledging that they were busy, they just kept shouting at me. Having worked at Del Taco as a teenager, I remember how proud we were of the food we served customers. Now that I live out of state, I make it a point to revisit places from my past when I come back to California. Unfortunately, most of these places have lost their touch and seem to disregard customer service. The only restaurant I can still rely on is In-N-Out. My experience at Del Taco, however, was a real letdown.
My experience with the tacos, burritos, and chili cheese was really disappointing. The meat in both the tacos and burritos was extremely salty and had a very dark brown color. It seemed as if the meat was old or had been left out for days, as it definitely did not taste fresh. The taco dishes were also poorly prepared. After just one bite of each item, I ended up throwing them in the trash. The chili cheese wasn't any better. Not only did I lose my appetite, but it also felt like a complete waste of my time and money. This unacceptable food experience has completely changed my perception of Del Taco and its service. Clearly, the management doesn't prioritize the quality of food that customers deserve for what they pay. Fortunately, there’s a new Taco Bell directly across the street. I think I’ll take my business there from now on.

I understand they need to get my attention, but there was no need for all that noise! Instead of being professional and acknowledging that they were busy, they just kept shouting at me. At the time, it wasn’t even that crowded, so I was worried they might take their frustration out on our food! We ended up driving away and going to a nearby place on Nellis, which was much better! That restaurant truly delivers!
He was there at 9:17 a.m. and the dining room was already locked when the sign says open until 10 a.m. I asked for sauce without coming home. they hadn't asked for any ice that they had to make it new. Come on, it's not that hard.
Late night around 10pm: I was told at the drive thru “only ace print delivery orders” I have never had this happen before.
