Carl's Jr. - North Las Vegas

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I would give it zero stars if I could, but I’ll give it one because I did manage to eat. I waited for 30 minutes before going inside, only to find out that they hadn’t even started my order. After that, I had to wait for my food to be delivered to my car. Eating there felt more like a hassle than a dining experience, and it just felt like the restaurant was sitting in a parking lot. I don’t plan to return.

The staff at this place really seem to struggle! I placed my order at the drive-thru and was asked to drive around to wait for my food. After 10 minutes, I called to check on my order, but no one seemed to have any idea what was going on. It's hard to believe these are the people asking for $15 an hour. Corporate needs to step in and fix this location!

In my opinion, this restaurant needs four types of people: 1. A prep cook, as they are often out of almost everything. 2. Someone to manage inventory effectively. 3. Improved management, as the place is quite unorganized. 4. More experienced staff to assist the younger employees.

Great management. The food was cooked at time ordered. Nice fresh and hot. Used coupons for a better value.

There were 5 employees before location and they literally took 30 minutes to make 3 basic sandwiches. in the car thru ordered, got the drink and was asked to park for the order. they sat 20 minutes in the car before they checked it, they did not work on the order! the order after my order has been delivered before me. 10 minutes are waiting for them to actually make it.
